All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Customers will be notified via email or SMS once their order has been shipped along with tracking details.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any additional taxes, duties, or handling fees imposed by local authorities or third parties will be the customer’s responsibility.

Address and Redelivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order. If an incorrect address or unavailability of recipient leads to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
