Return and Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. Customers eligible for replacement or exchange will receive the new product within 5 working days after return approval.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing photos and your Order ID to shop@potlitheoctopus.com.
Our team will verify and process eligible cases for replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Damage caused after two weeks of usage is not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
If your pin code is eligible for reverse pickup, our courier partner will collect the package. For service areas without reverse pickup, customers must self-ship the item to the address below.

Return Limitations
If a customer initiates frequent returns (three or more times in a year), we reserve the right to deny future return or exchange requests.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality checks. Once approved, the refund will reflect in the customer’s account within 7 working days.
